Brian Jervay is an award-winning filmmaker, director, and producer, and the Founder & CEO of Tenth Bear Studios, a Tennessee-based production company dedicated to bold, character-driven storytelling.

A retired U.S. Navy veteran with 20 years of honorable service, Brian brings discipline, leadership, and a mission-focused mindset to every project he undertakes. After transitioning from military service, he built a successful career in independent film, writing and directing multiple feature films including The Truth About Cynthia, an award-winning psychological thriller currently making its mark on the festival circuit, and Some Kind of Justice, which has earned over 40 awards.​

Known for crafting grounded, emotionally charged thrillers with strong performances, Brian’s work blends cinematic storytelling with real-world authenticity. His productions highlight diverse voices while maintaining a sharp focus on tension, character, and impact.​
